Planning a big celebration can be overwhelming. When trying to craft the perfect wedding especially, some brides can get anxious about the smaller aspects of their special day and they often forget to enjoy the process altogether! This is where organisations like PALAZZOEVENTI come into the discussion.
PALAZZOEVENTI is an event organising company that possesses not just an intimate knowledge of the wedding industry, but also a natural ability to give brides all the tiny details that they didn’t know they needed to make their day completely perfect. The PALAZZOEVENTI office is located in the romantic city of Verona in Italy, and they pride themselves on crafting weddings that brides dream of.
We had a chat with Eleonora and Victoria, the geniuses behind PALAZZOEVENTI and this is what they had to say!
The most important components of a wedding
Find the right wedding planner, determine the number of days for the celebration and the number of guests, clearly understand the wedding budget and distribute it competently.
Favourite wedding trends
PALAZZOEVENTI is an unsurpassed celebration of Italian luxury style, it is an elegant wedding beyond time and trends, which will be reviewed in the future by the couple's grandchildren and still be found relevant. From this idea, the romantic t"Romeo and Juliet" style wedding trend was born in 2018. This is a happy interpretation of Shakespeare's story, where the bride appears in a romantic moment against the backdrop of the magnificent scenery of Italy. Great literature and cinema, Italian traditions, fabulous locations where the spirit of the Middle Ages still hovers and the legend of eternal lovers is alive, can all serve as inspiration for a modern wedding in Italy!

Trends they wish would disappear
We are a variety of trends that reflect all tastes, traditions, ages, cultures and we are happy to work with whatever our couples want us to. Trends have a direct connection with what is happening around us, where we live, what we watch, what we admire and what we want. The connection with history and culture is the basis of the most significant and favourite trends. They are the ones who stand the test of time and are the inspiration for generations of brides. We think that time will take care of the trends that should disappear. Fashion and styles change, but eternal values always stay with us.

Choosing a wedding planner
Choose an agency located in the country of your celebration. Feedback from other clients is also an important indicator. The next step is personal communication and acquaintance with the organizers, their ability to understand you and answer your questions and meet your expectations. Then listen to your feelings: can you entrust the preparation of such an important event to this wedding planner?
An agency with the right skills will build competent communication with both clients and suppliers. And during the event, it will quickly provide the necessary information to the guests and ensure their comfort and that your special day goes off without any issues.
It is very important that the wedding planner is not the person who always says "yes", but the one who can advise the most correct/effective solutions to get the desired result. All of the above is highly appreciated by our customers from all over the world.

Most memorable weddings
One of the most memorable weddings was the celebration of the daughter of the legendary Italian duo Al Bano and Romina Power - Cristel Carrisi with the Chilean billionaire Davor Luksic.
This high-level event was held at a family estate built in the XVI century. The main task for the organizers was to transform the estate into a unique space for a grand wedding celebration. In a matter of days, pavilions with a wedding reception area, a catering kitchen, a lounge area, a concert stage and a disco area were created.
The groom's family is the richest and most influential family in Chile, among the 500 guests were famous and significant figures of world politics and business. During the wedding, it was necessary to block the city streets, put up cordons and draft help from the local police. Journalists and television crews were hoping to catch a few shots of the wedding of the year. In order to preserve the privacy of the wedding, we developed a special system for guest entry using special personalized cards with a bar code.
We also created a wedding website that detailed all the information that guests might need. This was not just limited to information about the event itself, but also about the region and amenities in the local area like beauty salons, shopping locations, and restaurants recommendations, as well as a 24/7 concierge service.

The best parts of an Italian wedding
Weddings in Italy would not be complete without magnificent villas and palaces, wonderful parks, historical castles and breathtaking views. Famed art masterpieces and gastronomic diversity, mild climate and local hospitality all come together to make Italy a favourite for weddings.
Italy is beautiful in every embodiment, so there is no need for excessive decor, you just need to emphasize what is already available — nature, the interiors of the villa, the food and the atmosphere!
One of the wonderful Italian wedding traditions is for the bride and groom to buy gifts for their wedding guests, or, in Italian, bomboniere. This is a kind of expression of gratitude to the guests for being next to the newlyweds on such an important day.

How long do couples need to plan their weddings?
We recommend planning a wedding in Italy as soon as possible. Let's explain why: Italians start wedding preparations at least a year before "The big day". This choice has many advantages: it guarantees you the availability of popular locations on the chosen day, as well as such in-demand specialists as photographers, makeup artists, musicians.
